Not a single facility is available at the hotel.no kitchen no food no water bottle was given until asked by us . they are making fool of us by charging so much just for the room

Staff are non professional, no soap, no towel ,no dental kit are provided, lots of mosquito in room , water bottle are not provided by the staffs . very poor experience

Not good, rooms not good, staff not good they are rude, ac not proper working, tv not recharge, kitchen/ restaurant not available in hotel. very bed experience

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
