Clean rooms but maintenance and food need work" The rooms here are clean and offer good value for the price, plus the parking space is quite spacious. However, I noticed a lack of pre-check-in maintenance; the flush and TV were not working when I arrived, though the staff did fix them once I complained. Speaking of staff, they are polite, but don't expect them to go the extra mile—I forgot my ID at the desk and they made no effort to notify me or return it. A word of caution: avoid the food here. The taste was very poor, especially the soup. The location is tucked away at the back, so it’s a bit hidden.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The staff is not so good, you can't expect them to go over the miles. They're rude and say no directly. No extra efforts in services....

Dirty bathroom , mosquitoes infested

This is the issue regarding my booking @ fab hotel impact as i went there they denied me to provide the room as the say said no room is available but i maid my booking confirmed 1 month before when i reach at the hotel they denied me by saying that no room is vacant they sell their rooms in higher price to the customer they denied me and dont provide me the room. They are saying false that they provide me the room . As i have mentioned earlier that i paid my booking partial and making confirm even then also they have not provided me the room . They were saying me to stay at very poor class hotel at same price very bad hotel even no ac were working they does not provided me the room . And i have to stay at other hotel and i paid there even i made booking 1 month earlier . Only issue is that kindly provide me the money which i paid partially to make my booking confirm. They are saying wrong that they provided me the room. Totallly bad response from fab . I did not except this from fab hotel. Employee at fab hotel impact were selling room at very higher price in black to other guest. And guest who made booking earlier they denied to provide them a room . Kindly refund my money back which i paid it to make my booking confirm..

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your partner property, Hotel Impact, located at C.P. 160, Viraj Khand-4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010. I had a confirmed booking for 27th December 2024, under the name Dileep Verma, with Booking ID WQGTE8. However, upon arrival, I was denied check-in by the hotel staff. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional payment for the booking despite my confirmed reservation and prior payment through your platform. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I trust Fab Hotels to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays, but this incident has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request your immediate action on the following: 1. An explanation for the denial of check-in and the demand for additional payment. 2. A full refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. 3. Assurance that strict measures will be taken to address such unethical practices by your partner hotels. Please find attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference. I urge you to resolve this issue at the earliest and restore my trust in Fab Hotels.

Room telephone was not working, could not call reception, had to work but the internet connection was way too slow like 1 mbps download speed. Somehow when problem was addressed to the reception, no resolution to the problem, just fake assurance, toilet roll was missing

I can tell you that most of the 5 star reviews you see here are fake since they all mention front staff. Their front staff is horrible. They don’t care at all. I did my booking online and when I reached there they just told me they can’t give me the room because I booked it on a discounted price online. They told me either I pay the full price or I find some other hotel. Very less cooperative and very rude behaviour. The location of the place is also a trouble. There’s no market close by and it’s out at nowhere. I’ve travelled to Lucknow for the first time and had worst hospitality experience of my life.
