AC include in my room, but not provided to me. I was charged full i want refund my money that's why i didn't stay i left in one hour because it was very hot in room

The hotel staff is very irresponsible and took extra money not provided discount as shown in the application

It's been a very bad experience of mine with Fab white clove because there were many things weren't up to the standards of Fab and the hotel staff are spoiling the brand image of Fab. I have got the demo of the fabs advertisement where the reception always says "bas 5 minutes sir" and nothing has been pre planned as for everything I have to remind them. Initially in one of the room power wasn't there and the second room shown to me in that room power was also an issue as the socket was loose. Then the services werent at all synchronized. Ichecked in later on 19th Jan but complimentary water bottle wasn't given in room then I asked the attendant to send a water bottle for me then that person send a bottle with a a bill of RS 33, then I enquired about my complimentary bottle then they said sir u have aksed the kitchen staff so that's why I billed it but my point is that I am a guest I am not at all aware that who is service or kitchen my point is that I want a water bottle which is complimentary mentioned in my package. Then there was no towel in the bathroom in morning when I had to rush I asked them to provide it then that person said, sir it will take another 10 minutes as we are bringing it from the laundry person, but when I have already checked in last night then what's the point. One more point that was geyser wasn't switched on by them by default I have to ask them to provide. I asked for a iron toniron my shirt but again that too wasn't provided. I asked for 1glass of Luke warm water but it was never served. The services were really pathetic. I think I have wasted my money because the stay was like they were doing some kind of favor to me by giving this stay complimentary, so I won't recommend this place to anyone neither I think of revisiting here again. Room was smelling bad. WiFi password wasn't given.

In short: Fantastic Location, ruined by an uncaring attitude, a marked disinterest in hospitality and extraordinarily poor maintenance. I had stayed in the White klove a few years before and had fond memories of a modern hotel offering a fantastic experience. I guess that coloured my view when I booked this hell hole. On entry, i noticed that most of what made the hotel unique had degraded over time. The modern architectural touches are still there (glass walls, ropes on the ceiling etc) but are completely covered in what looks like decades worth of dust, oil and grime, and that's just the hotel lobby! The large rooms which were excellent before are now falling apart, with paint peeling, water dripping from the false ceiling and dirt everywhere. they still offer the largest TV in Paharganj area that I know of which is a plus, but the AC's leak or don't work or make a hell of a racket. You just can't sleep comfortably. I had to change 3 rooms before I found one where the A/C worked and i could sleep, even though every time I went to the bathroom I had to have a towel over my head to prevent A/C condensate water dripping down on me from the ceiling. Even after complaining, the staff will respond to your request only after an hour so be prepared for a long wait and multiple follow-ups. If you ever order food it also will not come, I never got my dinner that I ordered for, when asked the staff reply that they are too busy servicing the needs of the bar downstairs. I mentioned the bar because I believe that its the crux of the problem, the hotel now seems to make money from the bar primarily (as per their own admission) and just don't care about the rooms or the people that stay in them. SO i would warn you to beware of staying here. I stayed for one night and got the hell out of there the next day...

It was the worst experience ever. I'd booked a suite room but they alloted us a premium room. When we talked to them regarding this, they said that the one they have alloted currently is a suite room only, then I showed them the pictures of what I booked. After repeatedly telling them the same they agreed to this and said they'll allot us the suite room in the evening. After the room was changed, we faced multiple issues, fridge was not working, geyser was not working. There was no WIFI connection for the floor we we're staying at, rather we'd to connect to other floor WiFi and hence the connection was really poor. There was some dump room just outside the room which gave foul smell. We'd to repeatedly request them for every basic thing also, as an example, no one came for cleaning our room until 12 and then I called the reception, they said that cleaning is done after 1 p.m. We waited but no one came until around 1:40 p.m. , then I called them again telling them that please get the cleaning done, then they said that the cleaning people had gone for lunch. In the evening at around 6-7 p.m., we finally got our room cleaned and that too no proper tiolet amenities we're provided. They main issue that me and my family faced was because of geyser, we'd to take bath in cold water just because no one was responding to our repeated requests of getting geyser corrected. Moreover there were mice in the room, and nothing was done after informing them also. In short this was the worst hotel experience ever. I made this booking trusting the brand value of FabHotels and the review of this hotel on the FabHotel app, but I guess I would never go for FabHotel ever after this horrible experience.

It was totally a bad experience here in fab hotel white clove.totally bad service I stay here for two nights my room was not cleaned even I gave key to reception and when evening I reached my room I saw there my room was not clean I call at reception that my room was not cleaned so he gave me reply that boys are not free there Is lots of work today then I say no problem just changed my bed sheet and give me fresh towel this two things are not be done by hotel staff.for my water bottle I used to call 3 time on reception but no body send water bottle and after 40 minutes 2 water bottle of 500 my is come which is not cool when I say please give me cool water bottle then boy say that cool water bottle will be chargeable.i can't understand what this is. Water bottle comes when I call to owner of the hotel.i was stay in room number 104 room which is good to see but not to use. Bathroom is totally smelly there is no any toilet role on that.my food order given to me very late and when order come it's not hot.and crockery is not picked up by any staff till my check out. It was totally a bad experience fab members need to take some action on that otherwise I will send my complaints to Mr. Dushyant chandra the founder of fab hotels and also the higher team of fab hotel.i need my amount reverse because I totally dissapointed with the service provide by hotel. I have all the proof regarding my stay so please give me revert as soon as possible otherwise I will make my online complaints to fab higher team. Pathetic Service, booked an ac executive room but the ac was not working at all, I had to wait for more than 30 mins even after reaching at around 2 Pm to get my room ready, staffs were using slang and running all over infront of children's, 1st i was told that they don't have extra remote for ac and will get it within 30 mins, upon repeated enquires they failed to get it done and i made complaint with goibibo and they quickly responded saying give us 1 more hour and we will get it fixed, I left the hotel for my personal work and upon arrival i was shocked to see that it was in the same condition as left and they said please bear with us for today its already night and I had to sleep without ac, that's not it, I had to ask for 8-10 times to get my complimentary water bottle, I wasn't provided with any blanket in the room, there was no dustbin in the room, the only charging point available in the room was also not working, it was no less than a nightmare staying in this hotel, to add up to this nightmare there was a load shedding at 8 Am for over 2 hrs, went for breakfast at 9 and it wasn't ready, went for it at 10 again and almost nothing was left, forget to mention that I received towel after 5-6 request as they said that towel is currently not available in hotel, and lift button for 2nd n 3rd floors were also not in working condition to either go till 1st floor and walk rest, or walk straight away. Overall it was a bizarre RATINGS HOTEL - 2 STAFF - 1 AMENITIES - 2 VALUE FOR MONEY - 0

On arrival we were met by confrontation with the staff over the cost of the stay. Needless to say when in new deli, be prepared to be scammed or ripped off, this is what happened. We were desperate for accommodation as we had just come from another hotel that scammed us. Staff were extremely rude and were in the lobby leering over me and constantly starring and following me, I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable around these men. The bedsheets were filthy dirty, it was clear a staff member had been sleeping in the bed and the sheets were never changed, also there was bugs in the bed. We took all the sheets off and just slept on the base it was that bad. The toilet was disgusting, the toilet needed to be cleaned and the flush part, fell off the wall when I pressed it. The smell in the room was unbearable, the air con didn't work and the fan could only be put on low, if you put it high it fell off the stand. There was a white stain running down the curtains. The floor was covered in dirt as if it was never washed, the bin full of other people's rubbish. The hotel was under construction with banging noise all day long, cigarette buts on the hallway ground, a strong smell of chemicals used in construction area give me a migraine. To sum up, the room was filthy dirty, the staff were creepy, and the overall experience was bad. The only good moment in this hotel was the day we left it.

1. No water and electricity for a day. Many guests left the hotel. The Great hotel manager is blaming Mr.Modi for his mistakes. 2. No rooms given even if they were available. Even though I had informed couple of times about my early check-in. They gave me root at exact 12. 3. Rooms were not even cleaned. They will make you wait at room doors and start cleaning. 4. Floor was dirty and slippery. 5. After all the problems we somehow got into room and plan to sleep, from 6PM-3AM there was a loud music DJ party on the terrace. 6. No restaurant, when I asked manager says he will provide only room service. I think he will bring food from some road side restaurant and serve you. 7. Worst location, it's dirty 8. Manager is so good that he can convince you to stay here even though there is no water and electricity 9. Irresponsible Fab Hotel Customer care. They simply redirect phone calls to hotel manager, which whom you have already fought for 2 hours. #FabHotel if you cannot solve our problems why the hell you take money us 10. Here is worst thing I saw here - Found a used condom on the floor 11. Manager is rude, he is blaming customer for his mistakes. Irresponsible person ever. 12. This hotel is worth nothing. Property is really good, but not well maintained. Very poor management.
