Just short of online scam. Better physically check the rooms before booking at Paharganj. The place, which claim itself a '3 star' hotel, can be best described as AC lodge where AC doesn't work. Rooms are not noise-free with consistent noise of cricket chirping and outside traffic disturbing the sle...
