Breakfast is being delivered to the room, hence, takes longer time to be prepared. You can only call them after 7.30 and order it. We had to leave at 8 and already indicated it when we checked in and asked if we can already get the breakfast at 7.30. The guy just shook his head and left the room without saying anything. In the morning I called them at 7.20 and it took 25 minutes before we received the order. This is not very convenient in case you need to catch an early flight, so take the waiting time into account. We only spent few hours in this hotel, but I liked that it is close to the airport, reception was open during the night (we checked in after midnight at checked out early in the morning). The room was clean, bed was comfortable. They have a wide selection of breakfast. We went for a continental one which was just omelette and tea, but it was good.

Staff are cordial but the room alloted stenched a lot specially morning time. Geyser not working and panel of window was also broken and waiting to fall.

I recently visited Delhi and had the opportunity to stay at this hotel once again. I’ve known the owner personally for the past five years — a genuinely nice and down-to-earth gentleman who takes great care in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is quite useful given how crowded the area can get. Road No. 4 tends to be busy from around 9:00 AM until as late as 2:00 AM, so plan your commute accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Delhi — whether for business or personal reasons. It offers great value, comfort, and consistently good service.

First impression were worst as they gave me some damaged room, keede the har jagah, not even clean , then at evening time other staff changed my room which were good,clean and can say worthy......Food awesome, staff achha hai but dn feel management is good enough 3* is just for staff and food...not for rooms

Rooms were not clean , it has stains in the bedsheets. The gyger was not working and we have to wait till 5 pm to get a new rooms. The location is not desirable. The only good service is they called airport taxi in the early morning.

Unfair to us.breakfast was horrible, distasteful, cold and scary that it may not be safe. What was good-Nothing. Only the position is close to the airport and this is the reason why we decided to book this hotel having a flight arriving in the night. What was bad- We were not prepared to that level of dirt. We arrived in the night hoping to sleep a few hours. We were given a noisy room in the first floor which was not ready. We had to wait the room to be cleaned which was not. The sheets were dirty and full of spots, we asked for an additional sheet which was full of spots as well. We decided to sleep with our clothes on. People kept on shouting and making noise all the night long, fortunately we had earplugs. We had a window facing a dirty small courtyard. The pictures on internet represent totally different rooms. For what we got the price was incredibly high. In the morning the smell coming from the breakfast room was awful. We skipped it and just left the hotel as soon as possible.
