2 AverageLocation is near to the new delhi station is the only positive point. i have completed pre check-in in fabhotel app, but still they have taken all docs and made me wait for 15 mins. room size is very small and not so clean. black marks on the floor, rusted tap holders, no ventilation, tv provided has some multiple red spots which makes you to switch off the tv. the furniture provided is very old and not clean. towels provided are are in some shady colour. basic water facility also on chargeable basis and on higher price than mrp. lift closing makes a huge noise and irretation. hotel is located in very narrow road and the roads are very dirty. the photos shared on fab hotel app and real pictures are completely different.Chakka Bharat Kumar, 8 Apr

1 AverageIt is not a hotel. i had to call twice everytime to get even water. the front office always asked cash payment. they have horrible service the room was okay. during winter time they had 7 h hot waterproof service. i called them before paying the confirmation money. the hotel said hot water is for 24 h. it should have -5*....Bibaswan Biswas, 19 Jan
