Great rooms and service. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay overall. The property is well-maintained, the location is convenient, and the facilities were all in good condition. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. However, I was disappointed to see that ₹10 was charged over the MRP for bottled water, which shouldn't happen. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and comfortable.

I recently visited Delhi and had the opportunity to stay at this hotel once again. I’ve known the owner personally for the past five years — a genuinely nice and down-to-earth gentleman who takes great care in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is quite useful given how crowded the area can get. Road No. 4 tends to be busy from around 9:00 AM until as late as 2:00 AM, so plan your commute accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Delhi — whether for business or personal reasons. It offers great value, comfort, and consistently good service.

Rooms are very basic. You get what you pay for. If you just need a room for a day then this is worth it. If you are looking to spend more than a day I wouldn't recommend.

Stayed here for a quick overnight layover. Finding the hotel was confusing — Google Maps took me to a different hotel (Dolphin International), and I had to ask around to locate FabExpress Mirage behind it. Room was just okay. Bed was fine, but there was a lot of dust under it. Bathroom had several issues: the handwash tap splashed water everywhere, bath tap had barely any pressure, the showerhead was rusty, and there was no switch to use the shower. The bucket and mug didn’t look clean. There was an extra door in the room that couldn’t be properly locked or opened so it made me feel unsafe. The main door handle was also loose and almost came off while checking out. No AC remote was provided; staff said they’d control it, but the room didn’t feel cool enough. Staff were polite, but I checked in at 2:30 AM and left by 8:30 AM, so I didn’t have time to report or request a room change. The room also looked quite different from the photos online. I didn’t take any pictures since I was in a rush. Giving 2 stars because, while it wasn’t a disaster, there were too many basic issues.

The location is really bad. The cleanliness was less focused. Very untidy . This property diminishes the overall brand value of FAB Hotels.

Guys pls avoid this place. They are fraud. The AC was not functional and still charged 2000/- for a room. They talk sweet to fool tourists. Check all facilities before booking

Horrible experience of my 5 min stay at the hotel. I had to check out within 5 min of my stay. I had paid full amount. The room AC was not working properly in 42 degree temp. Construction was going on just behind the hotel. The noise was very loud. Will never recommend anyone to stay. I had paid the full amount as well. Didnt get any refund as well

I am Sanjay Kumar, I have booked Hotel Kiara,Mahipalpur in Delhi from fabhotel site. My booking ID is FZSSKU. Unfortunately my experience was very bad I checked in the hotel at 5:20 pm and I have to checkout within 2 hours of my stay because at the time of check in there was no light in the hotel and they did not have any backup in the hotel, they told that light will be back in half hour but even after 2 hours light did not come. We have to stay outside the hotel because of no light and it was a very bad experience. I was not refunded by the hotel even when I had to check out within 2 hours. My money got wasted overall a terrible experience. Please look into the matter.
