Stay was good , only concern was - nearby rooms people are smoking at night which gets circulated in my room. Also Television channels doesn't work even after gave reminders

Water bottle was not sealed pack. Water from filled from purifier which is in hotel. Room was not well maintained. Tv remote was not in good condition

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. During the booking, they clearly confirmed that breakfast and swimming pool access were included, but at the time of check-in they completely denied it and started giving excuses. This feels like false commitment just to attract customers. The staff was unhelpful, the check-in process was frustrating, and there was no proper resolution provided. Totally ruined the stay experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone if they cannot honor what they promise during booking.
