Very Nice & clean property, with a lavish breakfast & that too value for money

I visit very often and the staff is very polite and good the service is very good

Loved it .. The rooms are simple and neat .. They serve complimentary breakfast which is simple yet good !

Location was good , infrastructure was wonderful, facilities provided were excellent , breakfast provided was good.

I am very disappointed because of the wrong information passed to me at the time of making reservation. The reservation agent told us that if you add the breakfast it will be 2000/- per night. We agreed but at the time of check in the hotel informed that there is no restaurant in the hotel. We have paid extra 200/- for the breakfast and it was wrong information.This issue is not yet solved. I want a refund.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I arrived, I encountered issues. I had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but the receptionist initially denied it. Only when I mentioned contacting customer support did he suddenly agree that breakfast was indeed included. This raised immediate red flags about the staff's honesty. The condition of the room was unacceptable—dirty towels, broken curtains, a foul smell, and a poorly maintained bathroom with a filthy bucket and jug. Even the toilet paper was wet, and no soap was provided. The next morning, when I asked for the included breakfast, the receptionist said he would "bring it from outside." To my shock, the food was purchased from a local street vendor. The idli smelled rotten, and the tea was served in a dirty kettle. It was not only unprofessional but completely unhygienic. When I returned to the reception to raise my concerns, the staff member was rude, unhelpful, and argumentative. I asked to speak with the owner, but he refused to call and gave constant excuses. The owner's phone was unreachable, and the receptionist continued lying and behaving inappropriately. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I am shocked that FabHotels would list such a property on their platform. If this is the standard FabHotels maintains, I will never book through them again and will advise my family and friends to do the same.

Worstt place to stay...Didn't had electricity...They have turned off the lift intentionally for saving electricity....Smelly and Dirty hotel....i had 3 days stay but the Experience was soo bad i had to left in the 2nd Day...Washroom and Rooms were too dirty...Such a bad experience...

Pathetic Experience Rooms - Very shabby, smelly rooms No intercom connection No water connection in flush, no shower in bathroom, all taps where damage. Mattress was dirty, bedsheet was torn. Door lock system was damage No power back up Rooms looks like C-grade No toiletries provided by hotel. Fab hotels charged me rs. 100 extra for breakfast, but hotel staff straight way denied for breakfast and said, we never keep breakfast Service - worst No drinking water provided No boys available for language pick up No elevator service in electricity cut down Overall - my worst experience in life I keep travelling for work, and seen many hotels, I thought Fab hotels will provide me safe location and hotel, but totally disappointed Fab hotel should remove their name with this hotel and I will suggest, genuine people , don't select fab hotel anymore It was cheap, but it was cheap experience My mistake, I choose that hotel I think, that hotel would be careless Abt my comments, so no suggestion for them

Extremely arrogant staff. Hotel situated very far from the main road. Hotel doesn't offer even a cup of tea. Food had to be ordered from outside. Pathetic management. Giving a 1 star.

Useless hotel. Stay at your risk, no service. Room was not cleaned before check in. Dirty linen and even they didn't clean the dustbin. Only fit for transit fun purpose. Never go there with family. No staff available for room service. Delayed response. I wonder how Fab Hotels gave affiliation to them.
