Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. inspite of my intimating them that will check in around 7.00 pm (almost after 7 hrs of check in time ) when we reached the room was not ready and we had to wait at the reception . the person on the front desk was absolutely rude and answered us arrogantly . my wife and myself are sr. citizen and never expected such hospitality from the hotel staff. morning breakfast they got in a plastic bag including the tea in a plastic ( that too cold ) and had no courtesy to give us bowls , plate , mug or spoon . we had just ordered idli , which we finally returned it back at the reception . absolutely insulting way to treat a client. overall the rooms were clean but the hospitality was very very poor. i dont think i can recommend your hotel to a any of my friends i am very sorry to convey this but after a days work we had such unpleasant experience. i hope you please improve the staff mannerism thanks
