FabHotel Shubham Inn
The place was fantastic, the people there, the management of course is on another level, and friendly as well. And the rooms were really well maintained. That place should definitely be pinned in one's book for a stay.
FabExpress Metro Galaxy Inn
They had a fixed menu for the breakfast no tea or coffee included so better avoid the breakfast booking
FabHotel Azure
Perfect Approachable Location No kitchen I was alloted 2 room 2 room has Hot Water and other room did not had hot water. Rooms are small if you have 3 people or more don't take this option Most important they gave Name hotel Azure and I had to stay in Hotel Admiral. Location is perfect may be they are not from the hospitality industry so may not know how to run a hotel.
FabExpress Marol Metro
My stay at Hotel Marol Metro has been extremely disappointing right from the check-in. At the time of arrival, the front desk responsible person was not available. The staff initially told me all rooms were full and asked me to wait as the manager was in the washroom. Only after some time, the manager came and confirmed that my room was indeed booked in my name. This left a very unprofessional first impression. When I asked for drinking water, the staff first filled my own bottle with regular tap water. Only after repeatedly insisting did they provide a mineral water bottle. Later, when I asked for another bottle, they said only one free bottle per day is allowedwhich was never mentioned during booking. For the second bottle, they charged me 30 for a bottle that actually costs 20. On questioning, the reply was in hotel industry it will be service charge. This is nothing but overcharging and misleading guests. The room and amenities are far below expectations: Bedsheets and towels were dirty and seemed unhygienic. Mattress is of very poor quality so thin that you can actually feel the plywood of the bed while lying down. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a paid stay. Very small room with no wardrobe or newspaper. Bathroom door does not lock properly. No door mat was provided on the first day; the floor became very messy. Only after repeated requests on the second day did they finally provide one. Only two very small soap bars and a cheap shampoo sachet were provided, and that too after repeated requests for toiletries. TV remote was missing. To make things worse, breakfast was promised (with extra charges already paid), but it was not provided. On asking, the reception staff simply said contact Fab Express, the company from where you booked, for breakfast. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable. On top of all this, every small service is overcharged. For example, when I asked for boot polishing, they charged me 100 which is around 2.5 times higher than the costliest rate outside. Clearly, the hotel is exploiting guests with unjustified charges. Shockingly, on the second day of my stay, they even asked me to check out, despite the fact that I had already paid for 3 days. Only after confirming with his team did the staff member come back and apologize, saying it was a mistake. Finally, at the end of my 3-day stay, the staff shamelessly requested me to post a positive review on their behalf, saying its a matter of my job and even offered to adjust the additional charges of breakfast and water bottles if I agreed. This kind of behavior is manipulative and unacceptable. Although the staff speaks politely, they clearly avoid providing the services promised at the time of booking, and whatever services they do provide come with unfair hidden charges. I strongly advise others NOT to book Hotel Marol Metro. You will end up feeling cheated by their misleading promises, unhygienic conditions, extremely poor amenities, overcharging practices, and unprofessional conduct.
FabHotel Royal International
The hotel area seems very unsafe. The road is parked with trucks, tempos and other vehicles. Only the 2nd floor is the hotel and this is nowhere mentioned in Google, Booking.com. And there are other companies in the building and it looks abandoned. Photos put up on Google and booking.com - it looks like the entire building is the hotel. The rooms that we had booked were stuffy and had mold above the AC. There were black mold and it was unable to breathe. There was no light in the lift even at night, the reception area at the bottom is abandoned with no one in sight. Tube lights in the hallway and room are flickering. The electricity went out for many hours on one side of the room and there were 9 men on the floor, making it unsafe. There was also construction happening on the hotel floor and above, making it further unsafe. There are trucks on the road at night and the road looks dark and abandoned. Very unsafe. The hotel needs to take responsibility of providing the right photos and information. The rooms aren't well maintained and are stuffy. It is certainly unsafe for women. There wasn't anything Fab or royal or international about the hotel.
FabHotel Admiral
I am writing to formally escalate a deeply disappointing experience with my recent booking at FabHotel Admiral, Mumbai, scheduled from 15th to 17th August 2025, for 3 adults and 1 infant (under 1 year old). At the time of booking, I explicitly communicated the importance of hygiene, particularly considering the presence of my infant daughter. Unfortunately, this concern was not taken seriously, and my stay was marked by multiple unacceptable incidents. The series of issues encountered are as follows: The initial room provided had a malfunctioning water geyser, rendering it unsuitable for use. Upon requesting a room change, the second room was infested with cockroaches, raising immediate health and sanitation concerns. I was then offered a third room, but upon inspection, it too was plagued by cockroaches and was significantly smaller than the room I had paid for. This room did not meet even the most basic expectations in terms of hygiene or value. Along with it there were no enough curtains in the room which will cover up the window properly. I mean come on this is the basis sense the hotel should have. As a result of these repeated failures, I had no option but to check out prematurely on 16th August, despite having booked and paid for a two-night stay. I was left with no choice but to make alternative arrangements at personal cost and considerable inconvenience. Important Note: I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding our recent stay. During our next day when we decide to leave on 16th August, the hotel staff carried out pest control in hotel in other rooms and corridor while we were still occupying the room — including the presence of our infant baby. This was completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic consideration and professionalism. Such activities should be scheduled only after guests have checked out, not during their stay. This incident caused significant discomfort and distress to my entire family, and I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure such occurrences are not repeated in the future.
FabHotel Royal International
This place is absolutely abysmal. Don’t be fooled by ratings or reviews. We booked through booking.com where the photos make it seem like the full building is the hotel. It isn’t. It’s only one floor. The rear of the building is occupied by various small industrial businesses. The entrance lobby smelled of urine, and only one of three lifts was working. The rest were actually taped and barricaded. The lift that did work didn’t have electricity…in the night! The hotel is in an industrial area so expect it to be deserted at night. And i didn’t see a single woman in the area outside when i arrived at around 4. The manager assured us we would be safe but i don’t see how. Anyone going up and down the stairs would have full access to the rooms at all times of day or night. We were 3 women travelling for a course and believed the ratings and reviews we saw on booking.com. The rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired in terms of maintenance and overall cleanliness. I cannot stress enough how bad this place was. We left after 1 night, lost our booking money and moved to another hotel.

One of the worst experience of my life. Fabhotel didn't provide correct invoice. They included 18% GST instead of 12% GST. I would say not to book any hotels using FabHotel. Worst platform to book any hotel.
