They denied to check me in despite me having a valid prepaid booking from Fabhotel. Fabhotel's customer care staff is very rude. Avoid booking this hotel at any cost, first time in my life I was denied check-in at any hotel
Pathetic. Bad washroom , dirty towels , dirty bedsheets and repeatedly asked them to change room but they didnt listen. Really bad experience and my money is gone because of them and Make My Trip. They post nice edited pictures and the reality is so different and then you cant do anything.
