Great staff, polite and helpful. Location's good as well, within 10 minutes drive from major shopping malls.

Good Points : Service is good,people are polite, food is tastey,location is walking distance from Jalandhar main railwaystation, room was spacious Not so Good : Commode was kept untidey, no health faucet provided. Linen was not looking fresh.carry your water they charge Rs.40/- per bottle and dont provide any complimentry water. Also RO water was pretty bad and smelling. Good budget Hotel. Stay if you are looking for no frill place

The property is on a good location, but very poorly maintained, the rooms stink, my room no 205 was just beside the dustbin so that place was shabby and there were insects coming in from there. I had booked 2 rooms and the geycer was not working in both the rooms, I had given them 5 reminders to switch it on but in vain.i had forgotten that breakfast is included in my booking, but the reception folks did not even tell me that their was breakfast served in the room. Not recommended for family.

The people working in the hotel are very approachable and friendly. The hotel itself is reasonably clean but old. Internet in the rooms does not work well and very often is not available. In the cold days there is a heater in the room. TV in the room does not work. Warm water funcioned after two days because a plumber came to fix it. The breakfast is nice. They provide a thermobottle with hot water for free as much as you want. The area is ugly and busy but nice people are found everywhere.

Room size are okay, lift was not working when we checked in as there was a power outage. One complaint that I have is that the sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. Looked like they don't bother cleaning the linen in this hotel or they don't give it to a proper laundry. We didn't ask the staff to change it as we reached the hotel past midnight after a long road trip and were pretty tired but our booking was made in the evening and the staff should have ensured that the sheets are clean. Bathroom was clean and good.

Very bad experience. Booked it through the phone number provided on Google which was of Fabhotel customer care. They offered some discounted price and asked to pay 25% upfront. Lateron while checking-in the hotel receptionist and owner refused to accept the discounted price, even though I had the chat history. The customer care person didn't pickup the call. Outright cheating! I booked this because I wanted to avoid Oyo hotels but it turned out to be even worse.

Room dint have odonil in washroom. LCD no tv network for 2 days .No tea facility before 8 am . Glasses were not clean. Bed cover was too old . Fab Hotel website states late checkout I was charged 1000 extra for 4 hours as I had late scheduled train. Though when I checked in 7 hours late no benefit of doubt was given. No bucket in washroom. Water was leaking in flush all during my stay.

Pathetic staff, booked a room on make my trip and called the hotel for better deal. The staff said we cannot give a better deal and the deal you are getting on mmt is too low. We will not give you a room if you book from mmt at this rate. He said if you come to the hotel with mmt booking we will not give you room and then you call mmt customer care and fight with them. Heard this kind of statement 1st time from any hotel staff. Absolutely unprofessional and arrogant staff.

It's not a hotel. It's a dharamshala to be honest. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. It's an old building with few modifications. Rooms were not as decent as they appear in the pictures. Walls were dirty. If you are into hygiene, you will not be using those Bedsheets and blankets which is why we checked out on a same day. And one more thing, although their check-in time is around 12 pm but they provide hot water in bathroom from 5:30 am to 11 am only. Post that they can provide you a hot water bucket separately on request.

My experience at Fab Hotel prime K9 regency was terrible. The location was superb but the maintenance of room was pathetic, untidy bedsheet and pillow cover, smell in room, rotten food item of previous guest was still in room refrigerator, no tea or coffee sashes in the room provided, wifi was not working properly, food menu and room tarriff shows the hotel to be a top class but unfortunately it seems a visit to a typical lodge so highly recommended to not book this ever.
