All the things are really good in this price A nice market nearby the hotel open till 12 in night and the room was also good but the space in room should be more and the hotel staff is also good

Stayed here for a night. Very close to the Narnaul-Delhi expressway. The room and bathroom were spotless. Courteous staff. Bang for the buck.

In the service part, I haven't seen any hotels to explicitly ask for room cleaning everyday. This is a positive response from them. Rooms provided were good. Toilets were in working condition with provision of hot water. But since this hotel is older so there looks a need to be revamped

It was a good experience with The Residency. I suggest to keep a male and a female receptionist with uniform so that it gives a good feeling when you enter the hotel.

Stayed there for 13 days. (First, please note : it's not a 3 * hotel). Average rooms. Renovation was going on when I visited. U get RO water from the corridor. I had an A/c issue, the staff came and worked on it for 40-45 mins in the night & made it working. Very very limited breakfast options. Do not depend on the menu in the room, unfortunately they have very few options in food. Good and friendly staff. The stay was okay, but definitely not a 3 star. The lift is around 25-30 years old be careful with the buttons. The road to the hotel is very near to the compound wall of phase 2 which may create confusion for the first timers.

Rooms are spacious but needs repairing and proper maintenance. Can spot multiple cockroaches

Not a good experience in food service and facilities

Extremely pathetic property and extremely pathetic service. I booked through fabhotels and this is probably the worst place to stay. Rooms are dampy and gloomy. There are trees growing in their balcony through the cracks but looks like they never paid attention. Bathrooms are stinky with no hot water. When I asked them about it they said all the rooms in my line don't have hot water running. I asked them to provide some small bucket hot water from another vacant room then the same person said entire hotel does not have hot water available currently due to some issue. I asked to provide some hot water from kitchen but they refused. I paid for the breakfast but when I asked them about it in the morning they said the chef's had not arrived and they would arrive by 8 am and breakfast be served by 8:30. By 8:30 nothing was available and when I enquired again they just said it was in preparation. I was getting late to work so I checked out without having breakfast even though I had paid for it in advance. Hygeine is another major issue, there's trash everywhere as you can check in my pics. There wasn't any TV either, not that i watch it but still something to point out. Don't stay here.

Guys this is the worst hotel I have ever booked, plz dont book this hotel Geyser is not working charging points are dead TV is dead , short circuit in the switch You are on life risk if you book this hotel Plz dont book

Worst Services ever,First of all i ordered dal rice cockroaches wre there in the dal ,Patient was in the room ,man was cleaning floor with pocha which was used in Toilet ,patient purpose se bilkl sahi nahi tha yeh worst experience yaar
