Pathetic experience I had with this hotel. Rooms are very compact, No room service, No water, No TV, Rude behavior by staff. All lies. No value for money. Your Anandam will go away once you stay in Royal Anandam Gwalior
my overall experience in this hotel to stay is very good, specially the owner and staff behaviour is friendly i always come to stay to this hotel dont go on any negative review experience it own to book hotel room and experience their best facility and services
Reception staffs are totally rude be aware of there behaviour, they pretend like pathetic. Rooms are good but bathroom totally disappointed.
Pathetic hotel and Services. Staff were rude, specially at the reception. They do not know much about housekeeping and room service. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
