Worst service ..no proper receptionist to answer properly. they added 300rps for breakfast but not included while enquiring during check in ..did big mistake by bookigg by this hotel

Manager is rude, we informed him of online booking and he said he will not accept them. he said that we only book offline and we charge double. rooms were stinking. when we asked to talk to sreekanth owner - manger refused saying he is very busy and will not speak to us.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
