What was good : only location nothing else. what was bad : worst hotel i stayed, no facility at all, i wonder how this hotel is rated 3 star. it's not even single star. let me tell you about this hotel. location is good but hotel is highly over rated and nowhere near 3 star. i have more complaint against booking.com through which i booked this hotel. i was charged more then the published tariff of the hotel which was displayed at the hotel. now what are the issues: 1. toilet seat was broken. commode was too dirty and brownish. 2. no 24 hrs hot water. they ask you to tell them when you need hot water during the day. they will then switch on central geyser. so you wait till you get hot water. 3. wi-fi is free but unless you ask they won't give password. 4. newspaper is free but they won't give in the morning. 5. i have booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they said my booking is not showing breakfast included in their software. i showed them my email of booking with breakfast. they asked me to talk to booking.com which i refused and asked them to talk rather or else accept my email. they allowed to have breakfast ultimately. 6. next day they said we can have buffet breakfast. only 3 items in breakfast, room had only chairs but no table to keep plates while having breakfast. first time seen such a room. the pictures they show on site are for the restaurant but not where breakfast is served. 7. hotel charged rs. 4,962/- for one day for 3 occupancy room. i booked 3 bed room but they gave only mattress without bed. 8. hotel charged for 2nd room for two guests for two days rs. 5,850/- all these are much higher then their published rates. 9. on first day they told us that they will serve breakfast in our room (first after refusing to give as our name didn't appear) since they didn't have any other guest in hotel except us or may be 1 or 2 more. 10. this hotel is not worth more then 1500/- type. don't book breakfast at all as it's just for name sake 3 items. i am disappointed with booking.

Cant even give a star to this place. review for santoor: 1. we could not find this place easily as they do not have your fabhotel board. 2. they were really warm and helpful at the reception during the welcome. 3. enter the room and horrible. i do need to list down all the things - bedsheet has red spots, blanket has yellow spots. we asked them to change the linen, the new blanket still is in a messy condition with spots and zip broken. regulator of the fan is broken due to which the speed cana€™t be managed. toilet is not clean, the jet spray is pasted by a cello tape, really? no toilet paper roll. no mineral water kept in the room and on requesting, he charged us for the same. mosquitoes in the room, but no repellent coil. last slide of the window of the washroom is open- hello outsiders and have a look at us! and yes, i do have proof images for all of these! 4. they did ask us to change the room, but well that was equally messy and the fabhotel website, well that is more fake! what images do you have of santoor on your portal? that is not even close to what a mess the room is. imagine a husband, wife and a young sister in law roaming around at 12.30, searching for a hotel - highly not acceptable

We booked 4 rooms, got our confirmation through booking.com as well as fabhotels. but when we reached there, we were shocked to be informed that there are only 2 rooms booked by my name (although there were 4 rooms for different people, and not by my name). however the amount to be paid was showing same as that for 4 rooms! after some phone calls made by the receptionist to fabhotel, he went ahead for 4 rooms. one of these rooms was just above kitchen and was very noisy indeed. we were told that since you have used booking.com, they face some or the other problem with booking.com every time. i hope you guys sort this issue very soon. they were even discussing about completely disengaging with booking.com in future as they don't get accurate room/guest details. the location is good. it is not really far from the railway station, and very easy to get local autos through apps, etc.

The mattress in the room was not exactly a mattress but a kind of foam with no sturdiness. i did manage to hit the surface underneath the mattress a couple times. i'm not happy with the toiletries provided either. there was no shower gel. shockingly there were two used soaps lying in the soap tray possibly from previous guests! the wifi would just not connect. i got the password in an sms which i confirmed with the hotel reception, but it just wouldn't work. i did bring it to the hotel's notice, apparently to no avail. i had an early flight and they could provide me with a sandwich before their complementary breakfast timings.

Stayed at this property feb 2020 1- hotel is right in the heart of city , in the posh locality of kanchan bagh..2- reception is ok , lift is old fashioned .3- rooms are big , bathroom wasn't that great.. window glasses were broken .4- did not use the wifi , doubt if there was wifi in the hotel .5- linen was very bad , towels were clean6 - hot water is available , apparently their is a hot water storage tank at the terrace , so obviously no geysers in the bathroom .7- staff was very polite and helpful8- they have a sweet shop and restaurant at the ground floor .. dint try either of those

House keeping was very very careless. repeated reminders fell on deaf ears. hot water in bathroom was a big challenge for all 3 days in all 3 rooms 202,204 &206. toiletries in wash room was very poor and limited. complimentary mineral water bottle is 1 per room for a complete stay duration ie weather it is single or double or triple and weather you are staying for 1 night or 3 nights, you get only 1 bottle. for 206 we did not get that also. every day only 1 towel would be kept for double occupancy and getting second towel was a herculean task. all in all diss satisfied.
