However, I noticed a lack of pre-check-in maintenance; the flush and TV were not working when I arrived, though the staff did fix them once I complained. Speaking of staff, they are polite, but don't expect them to go the extra mile—I forgot my ID at the desk and they made no effort to notify me or return it. A word of caution: avoid the food here. The taste was very poor, especially the soup. The location is tucked away at the back, so it’s a bit hidden.

A decent budget-friendly option. The staff is friendly and the tea is excellent! The location is okay, but I was disappointed to find the room hadn't been properly cleaned before my arrival. It’s a good spot if you're traveling solo or with friends on a budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The staff is not so good, you can't expect them to go over the miles. They're rude and say no directly. No extra efforts in services....

Room telephone was not working, could not call reception, had to work but the internet connection was way too slow like 1 mbps download speed. Somehow when problem was addressed to the reception, no resolution to the problem, just fake assurance, toilet roll was missing

3rd class service only room provide Raat me gali galoj hota hai Daru etc. Not for family.

Horrible & pathetic service. I'd reched at the hotel at midnight after a long journey of 10 hrs. thinking to take rest but They have denied check-in fully prepaid booking on Goibibo, I'd luggage and got Cab after 1 hour.
