FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj
eˆ‰ i usually review everything as positively as possible but this place really isna€™t a good fit for foreign travelers at all. the room was more or less clean, but full of tiny flying bugs. the sheets werena€™t really that clean (lots of dead tiny bugs) and the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage (closing the door made it ok in the room, but it wasna€™t really optimal). the night staff spoke no english and were very rude to us when we arrived late (after calling ahead in the afternoon to confirm it was ok to arrive late). they didna€™t want to let us in the gate from the road because they couldna€™t find our booking number (???) and the street was dark and full of stray dogs (1:30 am). the included breakfast was not continental! if you dona€™t want an indian breakfast, there are a few options on a list, but in the end, all they actually had on hand from their menu was a tiny bowl of cornflakes... ita€™s not worth getting up for. also no one understood anything we asked so it was really hard to order. the staff is very very very literal - they wanted us to check out and pack up and check back in again to stay an extra night. they didna€™t really seem to be able to anticipate what we might be asking (outside of the totally routine things which they did ok on) or even really care all that much. it was a bit frustrating to try to communicate because everyone always seemed upset with us when we asked them questions they couldna€™t understand (except for the day manager who did speak english and was quite nice but not always there). eˆ‡ close to train station. the day gate guard was awesome and friendly and helped with our uber. day manager was nice and spoke english.

FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj
Worst hotel, don’t stay there. Very unhygienic, full of cockroaches. These cockroaches even went inside my travel vanity. Chairs are all broken and taped. Don’t fall in trap of location as this is misleading. It’s not in hazratganj, but some where in bad area.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, room availability, and location of FabHotel Ashirwad. I had booked this hotel 10 days in advance, and my booking was fully prepaid for the stay from 31st December 12:00 PM to 2nd January 11:00 AM, 2026. However, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in at 9:00 PM on 31st December, after traveling all the way from Delhi to Lucknow, the hotel staff informed me that no room was available. Despite having a confirmed and prepaid booking, they had given my room to someone else. This was extremely shocking and unacceptable. After being denied a room, I contacted customer service. They asked for my PNR number and then kept me on hold for a very long time without any resolution. When I called again, the same process was repeated. The customer care executive spoke to the hotel staff, who again refused to provide me a room, and the FabHotel representative simply said, “OK, no problem,” offering no solution or support. Then after a long hussle they shifted in another Fabhotel which wasn't matching with my booking and service wasn't good. As a result, instead of resting and refreshing after a long journey, I was left wandering late at night, stressed and harassed. This experience was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and disappointing. Very poor service. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel or FabHotel services to anyone.
FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj
My stay at Fab V Hotel, Lucknow was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The condition of the room and bathroom was pathetic and clearly showed a total lack of maintenance and hygiene. The bathroom had dirty and clogged drain areas, leakage stains, rusted shower fittings, and very poor cleanliness. The bed headboard and chair upholstery were damaged and torn, the wallpaper was stained and peeling, and even the mirror was cracked, which is unsafe for guests. Overall room hygiene did not meet even the most basic hospitality standards. In addition to this, the service was equally poor. Guests are either not allowed to receive food orders or are informed that extra charges will be applied for delivery, which feels unreasonable and unprofessional. The hotel also claims to be child-friendly, but this is completely misleading. There are no facilities or arrangements for children, and even at breakfast there were hardly any suitable food options that children could eat. This hotel does not justify its pricing at all. My experience was very bad, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting cleanliness, safety, honest service, or a family-friendly stay.

All the negative comments with one stars are true. This was a good hotel but now it’s not maintained don’t think you are going to get the rooms as shown in the pictures. They are dirty, smelly.
FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the start, things just felt off. The room I was given was poorly maintained — dusty furniture, worn-out bedsheets, and a bathroom that didn’t feel clean or cared for. There was no attention to detail, no sense of hospitality. But what really shocked me was the fact that they didn’t even provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. When I asked the staff politely, I was told outright, “We don’t give that here.” No apology, no explanation — just a flat-out refusal. For a hotel that calls itself "Prime", I at least expected basic hygiene items. The location is also quite misleading. Though it says “Hazratganj,” it’s not in the main market area. The surroundings felt shady at night and it was difficult to find proper food or transport nearby. Definitely not ideal for a traveler unfamiliar with the area. As for service, it was completely unprofessional. Staff were unresponsive, housekeeping took forever (if they responded at all), and there was no sense of responsibility from the management. No one seemed interested in making the guest feel welcome or comfortable. Overall, this place felt like it was running on auto-pilot — no cleanliness, no proper amenities, and no customer service. Not recommended at all. I hope the management seriously takes this feedback and improves, because as it stands now, FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj is far from “fab” or “prime.”
FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj
Very disappointed by complete lack of maintenance and repairs. A very well made property with excellent interiors has become a victim of absolutely poor housekeeping and zero repairs. Fungus laced bathroom, seepage and mold in the rooms, peeling off wall paper, non functional TV, broken main door latch, defective alignment of bathroom blinds offering a peep show (absolutely embarrassing and disgusting), lights refusing to switch off, broken bed mast head...... tells you a story. Heart goes out to the property owner who would have so lovingly made this. Wonder what is making the current management overlook all this. Thankfully the restaurant is still good. Location is convenient. One honest attempt at the upkeep and I would certainly stay again at this place
