The hotel refused to honor our booking. The 24/7 help line was not available to resolve the problem.

Rooms are clean and maintained. Air conditioning was also good but no breakfast offered even after paying for.

I had booked for a long stay after seeing the rooms because they were very clean and the area is quiet. Not much of a lobby or exterior but that's all absolutely fine.
