I recently visited Delhi and had the opportunity to stay at this hotel once again. I’ve known the owner personally for the past five years — a genuinely nice and down-to-earth gentleman who takes great care in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is quite useful given how crowded the area can get. Road No. 4 tends to be busy from around 9:00 AM until as late as 2:00 AM, so plan your commute accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Delhi — whether for business or personal reasons. It offers great value, comfort, and consistently good service.

We booked the room from Fab with early check-in on chargeable basis of inr 300 but when we reach hotel so receptionist ask to pay Inr399 fir early check-in.

Terrible experience. I booked this place (Gross International Near IGI Airport) via MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t even exist there. I got a call from someone asking me to go to a completely different hotel, claiming it’s the same booking. Once I reached, they refused to check me in unless I paid ₹750 extra in cash, despite my confirmed booking. I was sick and had traveled straight from the airport, but still got no help even after calling MakeMyTrip support three times. I was forced to leave and find another hotel at my own cost. Completely fraudulent setup — avoid at all costs.

We checked a room for check-in. It was unclean. Then, we also checked 2 other rooms, they were also unclean. Pillows dirty, bedsheets dirty, dry cum stains all over the bed throw. Dirty blankets, holes in the bedsheets, hand stains on tv, doors, dirty walls. Water stopping randomly in bathrooms. Lift stops working. Rusty showerheads. Don't come here. And that didn't stop there, A cockroach walked into the room at 1 AM.
