1 AverageVery bad rooms. facilities are provided just for the sake of providing. if you ask me whether there is an ac, then yes there is an ac in the room. but the temperature control won't work. so you can't adjust the temperature as per your liking/convenience. whether there's a toilet/shower, then yes both are there. but the flush & shower will work if you are lucky. the room weren't clean and overall area was just disgusting. the breakfast was also just for namesake. when i enquired about the breakfast menu, the sounded like they had a breakfast buffet and couldn't read out the long list of items. when we went to have breakfast, we saw only puri, a curry which had potatoes floating in water and some macaroni. that's all was the excellent breakfast provided. the front desk and customer service is so pathetic and rude. they are just greedy for money. please do not consider this hotel for a stay with family and friends.Nevin George, 8 Oct

1 AverageDon’t even think of booking this hotel. i booked on booking.com. they charged me more than booking amount. hot water was not running in shower. not clean rooms. they have to give hot water in bucket. ride manager. i booked a drop off taxi for rs 400. last minute he says terminal 3 will be ₹500. if you book it will be waste of your money.Ragesh Shah, 13 Sep

4 Very GoodThe location is a little on the interior part but for the pricing, that's a great deal as the area is filled with lots of hotels. 10-12 min drive from the airport. the service was great in few aspects and below average in few. the rooms were neat and clean and well kept. they also provide 24x7 pickup and drop from the airport.Shreyans Shukla, 29 Aug

1 AverageStayed at this hotel on 28 august 2024. service is pathetic. ordered food and ultimately after 1.5 hours had to cancel since they were stalling the order. asked for spare cutlery and they simply denied. rooms - weird smell in the rooms. no towels given as well. overall a terrible experience. will not recommend.Shantanu Johri, 28 Aug

3 GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 15 Jan
