This is extremely poor, disgusting scam. made partial advanced payment and reached hotel at 23 late at night but couldn't check inn, the frontman kept me for 40min just to finally tell me there's no available room afterall. i requested for refund of advanced payment and cancel booking but even the owner also just said cancellation is not available and call to customer care so i called this morning again just to come to know the hotel owner refuses such case and said customer didn't come. balance payment is still requested to be paid and upi account is freezed for that. this hotel, as well as the fabhotel customer care doesn't care customers.
