We stayed in room no 307, The room was dirty, bed sheets and pillows were smelling, AC was not working, hot water was not working, don't book this hotel.

Rooms were ok, toilet & bathroom needs touch up. Huge property, little care can make it better. Staff was very good & helpful.

Horrible experience from start to finish. The staff was unfriendly, service was terrible, and the hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. One of the worst stays I’ve had. Never coming back.
