Very pathetic service. My checkout timing was 11 AM and I got 3 calls from reception since morning 8 for checkout. Check in process was also too lengthy. MUST NOT STAY HERE
Provide a good acceptable room but it's wash room condition is very poor. Wash basin wash not working and there was no luck inside the the wash room. After complaing these issues to reception there is no response from hotel side.
Small rooms Hot water was provided Biggest issue is no lift Excellent food provided in complimentary breakfast 🥞🍳
