Staff behaviour is very bad...they don't priorities customers health safety...when I've made a complaint for the high volume on road after 10:30pm..they didn't take any action and told us to leave the room in midnight..and didn't refund our money also...so my overall experience was ridiculous .

This is the most Detroit hotel, I’ve ever experienced. The manager is so nonsense, inappropriate behaviour, and starts fights in everything .
