The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Great hotel, especially for the price. Good breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Looks like a new hotel.

Hotel was good, but from fab site the directions given to hotel location was wrong and I had to go back and forth to find out the place. After contacting the fab they put me in hold for 15 mins telling me that they will connect to hotel owner and it never happened. Fab needs to ensure that the details they give in WhatsApp is correct and not make customers run here and there for location

The breakfast was very sad. Just a small plate of poha with a cup of tea. The food was tasteless and bland. The main handle of the door was broken. Room 304. A cat kept roaming around the kitchen area adding to the threat. Surely never recommending this place to anyone.

The room photos shared at the time of booking is not at all matching with actual. Service of the staffs are not cordial also. Rooms r very small.

My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff argued about the FabHotels booking price and refused to honor it until I insisted it was their platform's responsibility. The first room had water flooding the floor, a broken door knob, and zero safety measures. When I requested a room change, I was dismissively given a worse room: no door knob at all (anyone could see inside!), leaving me exposed. Trapped by heavy rain, I endured: A malfunctioning toilet with continuously running water. A window "secured" by a loose, poorly fixed green net. "Complimentary water" served in dirty, reused bottles. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Do not risk your safety or comfort - stay elsewhere.

We stayed 4 night in Fab Wagholi Hotel. We faced following problems. 1- There were at least 20 power interruptions in these 4 days. There is no healthy power back up. 2- The agent Sandeep took 3000 Rs more from us. Thus it is a financial cheating. The owner says that he do not know Sandeep and asked us to take the matter with Sandeep only. There is no any proper communication amongst Hotel Owner, Fab group and booking.com. Due to this our at least one hour period lapsed in checking in. We were already tired by 10 Hrs journey and in addition this is one hour hurdles in Checking in. 3- In 4 days,there was no hot water for long duration.We took bath with cold water for 3 days out of 4. 4- The balcony of our room was very dirty due to dirtyness by birds. We could not open the balcony during all our 4 days stay. 5- The flush of toilets not working properly. 6- No drinking water facility there. You have to purchase Biselery water through out the stay. We preferred this hotel as it was near to UPSC exam centre of my Son. Except this nearness benefits, all other things are adverse.

Third class service and staff. Fab hotels cheated with us. The room costs only 1600 and fab hotels took 2160 rs from us. Clear cheating and dis satisfaction

Pathetic Experience.. Horror it was .. they call it 3star .. never seen a 3star like this .. don't book hotel via fab hotel.. they have zero communication with respective hotel.. we booked via fab and executive made us to pay 25% then and there to confirm the booking..once we did and reached gargi by 1am .. they hotel person denied giving us check in . His hotel was full.. there was one more couple standing there for almost half n hr with same situation.. with lot of hustle bustle they provided room in another gargi property which they call Luxury.. We entered in the room by 2.45am. Although staff of Gargi in Luxury was pretty sweet and helpful but the rooms are just so cheap and temporary.. we paid 2100 for the night . Trust me . Don't stay in any property of Gargi . They extremely cheap and dirty. Also with fab hotell . Never ever deal with them.. they have no communication, no professionalism
