Excellent room, nicely lit, clean and spacious. Courteous staff. The Manager was kind to arrange for tea near midnight as we reached the hotel.

Rude staff & purely unacceptable behavior. At the time of check-in, when I entered the hotel, I politely informed the receptionist that I had a booking. He replied that the phone was not with him and went to another room, returned with the phone, briefly looked at it, and said there was no booking. I told him that the booking was under the name , that it was made yesterday, and that I had already paid half the amount as an advance. Without even properly checking or scrolling on his phone, he again denied the booking. I calmly showed him my confirmed booking on my phone, but he still refused to acknowledge it. When I said that I would call FabHotel customer support, he suddenly said, Yes, the booking is there. Despite this, I was asked to make the remaining payment directly via the QR code at the reception instead of through the app. I wanted to avoid any argument, so I made the payment. After completing all ID formalities, we were given the room keys. Later, when I requested a drinking water bottle, I was told it would cost 20. In all my previous stays at FabHotels, drinking water has always been provided as a basic amenity, and sometimes even hot drinking water was provided upon request. While I do not have any issue paying 20, the attitude and manner of communication were rude and unprofessional. Both I and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the behavior. I have stayed at FabHotels multiple times earlier, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was pathetic and unacceptable. Charging extra for basic amenities like drinking water, along with such conduct, seriously affects the brand value of FabHotel, which is otherwise known for quality service. I am reporting this incident because such experiences damage customer trust. If such issues continue, I may reconsider booking through FabHotels in the future and instead use platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. I strongly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

No kitchen and no breakfast is available. No locking or proper surveillance at front desk, refused to take card payment and demanded cash or said he will refuse room and bathroom comode plates are broken. Shower does nt work and very small geyser which does not give more than a mug of water

I would like to raise a complaint about a person named Atul, working at the Fab shared location near Dagdusheth. He informed me that the hotel was only 5 minutes walking distance, but in reality the hotel was around 30 minutes away from the temple by vehicle. This incorrect information caused unnecessary inconvenience. During the check-in time, when I was trying to find the hotel, he was also not responding, which made the situation even more difficult. Afterwards, when I contacted another Fab representative, they guided me correctly and confirmed the actual distance. i haven't checked in checkin was denied at 2 hotels saying 2k extra i have to pay hotels have issue with fab pring policy, already ur agent told me that refund initiated kindly do the needful on priority , u shifted the booking to 2nd hotel they also denied saying no checkin till 12:30 and if checkin then extra money will be needed ur agent was on call, my 3.5 hours got wasted then ur agent picked the call all of u putted my call on hold , if i don't got the full refund plus extra money for the inconveniemce from side surely i will take u guys to the court , i came pune for interview because of u all i reached there 2.5 hours late, every call is recorded on my phone , if possible u guys should give me a call and discuss on this issue on my no. 9926628480 or mail shivanshubarua55@gmail.com

No food was available in the hotel. Only water was available. Bedsheet had stains. Washroom. In the night someone was trying to open the room door from outside.. I had to shout and then it stopped. Hotel security not good

They denied to give us any rooms. Even after full payment and confirmation for 3 rooms. We called the police and only after that they gave us the rooms.

Elevator was not working had to pull my luggage on 3rd floor, no kitchen, no brekfast, poor rooms, shady location
