Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. we travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in gujarat.

Room were too small and smelly.. receptionist agreed on call for early check in and disagreed at the reception and demanded heavy charges for early check in which he didn't mentioned on call

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
