Extremely rude behavior from the hotel staff. they directly refused to provide some spoons and plates since we didn't order food from their hotel. spoon and plate was needed for eating fruits which was not in the menu. i would suggest not to use this hotel.

Manager is so arrogant. don't bother to move his head up to attend guest. he continuously doing his work and keep ignoring. very bad hospitality. there are many more option much better than this are available. this hotel shares wall with liquor shop, not for family.

We stayed there for one night. i was a bit afraid while booking it but i found it a very nice property. neat and clean, user friendly staff. room which we got was premium and we paid 1500₹ which i must say was a quite reasonable price. they have restaurant inside so you can order. also the amritsar railway station is hardly 5 minutes by walk. a place worth staying.

Value for money. location is great. adjacent to amritsar railway station and only 2.5 km away from the partition museum. the road in front leads toward one of the vibrant parts of the city passing by the sarovar premiere. it's an experience to walk through the lanes and roads of the old city to the new city. the behavior of the staff is courteous and helpful. services were prompt. the bathroom of my single-occupancy room was a bit small, but absolutely manageable, considering the tariff of the room.

Experience was good in fab hotel but some small things that i want fab hotels to correct but effects a lot to customers. 1. hanging hooks in room to hang clothes. 2. kettle must be clean to use. in my room kettle was not much cleaned. 3. mixing stick must be provided with tea packets. 4. if you are providing fridge in rooms then complementary juice packets (2) must be provided.

Rooms are a bit small, would be sufficient for 2-3 people and for a short time stay. it's just outside the amritsar railway station, so you could get a quick freshening up done before proceeding to further journey. they have a 24x7 help desk and staff to help you out even at late night. they also provide free buffet breakfast. room were clean and neat and it was a great experience staying. there is tour rental services too available.
