Every thing is fabulous from the hotel point of view very nice staff and great service but hopeless services from fabs end they are not bothered to check the facts from their end in my case for some reason the hotel kitchen was closed temporary but fab customer service told that it is working and u will have dinner .that to also after checking from their end next they r not even bothered to check the address of the hotel really irresponsible attitude from fabs end zero stars for them

Very poor service. bathrooms were unhygienic and dingy, taps were not working, tv was not working. beds are too small even for 2 people. no room service or any kind of kitchen. staff is rude. room are directly in front of highway bridge, you can't sleep in night due to noise and lights. rs 500/- room are much better. book on your own risk

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.
