Water in the toilet was not available in the morning for 3 hours which has delayed all the scheduled programmes. towel was not provided for bath. wifi was not functional as net connectivity was not satisfactory. tv also was not functional due to poor wifi connectivity. location is not well connected. the overall experience was very poor

Overall i will not recommend this to for any family with kids, they don't have power backup which will leads us to a stay in a hot room for 6+hour and management is like we can't do anything if you want, can talk to customer care.... lots of bugs in room... definitely not safe for kids, tv was supposed to be in room but not available, curtain is hanging like a desi jugad... owner family is nice no doubt but when you are in business being nice family does not help for the customers...

Lousiest place i have ever experienced in life. don't stay there. irresponsible staff least bothered about your requirements. no tea, no telephone, nothing in bathroom and above all they do not feel it as their priority .

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
