FabHotel Shakthi Suites

The rooms are neat and clean but the bathroom had an off odor. the service is great and they provided whatever we asked for. location of this hotel is excellent as it's at a junction in 4th t block with connectivity to bus, shops and restaurants. good for budget stay

Restaurant staff. very friendly and helpful. we had a good night sleep after a long flight. great wifi. we had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

I had the most unpleasant experience at shakthi suites, all because of the extremely rude staff at the reception. instead of welcoming guests with courtesy, they were dismissive and condescending. their behavior was so appalling that we decided to leave immediately and book elsewhere. the staff clearly lacks basic customer service skills and should first learn how to talk to customers. hospitality begins at the front desk, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. i hope the management takes serious steps to improve. beware of this rude man who claims to be the owner of the property. does this reflect your experience accurately?

I stayed in this hotel on jan 24, and my overall experience was nice. we had arrived late. there are a few things which i would like to mention. the hotel is at cross roads and there are nice options to have food, which was good. jayanagar 4 is just 2 km, so you can walk or take an auto. the rooms were nice, a bit spacious, neat and clean. the hotel reception is situated on the 2nd floor so you have to take a lift or stairs. the person at the reception was less friendly and too serious whenever we had a conversation on the first day. we are paying for our stay, not staying for free, so there needs to be some good ethics for talking he shouted to the 1.5-year-old kid when she was playing in the hotel area. we do understand the privacy of the other guests, but shouting at a kid is not making any sense. later, he started talking normally on the next day. guests will choose the same hotel if the staff behavior is a bit friendly or a smile, while you talk, will not cost you. apart from that, we liked the rooms and location of the hotel as we can easily take an auto or bus to go anywhere in the city.
