Looting at every aspect by just saying “rules”. i have stayed three days and charged me more than 6k and charging more than anyone for everything. worst experience in my holiday trip at bengaluru. never expected that one of the fab hotels will do like this.

As per my stay it was horrible just small closed room although i requested them before checkin only that i need good spacious at-least ventilated room after this also i got small room with no ventilation even a.c was not working. on complain also reception guy use to say ma’am it will work. so my suggestion please check room and than confirm or talk with fabhotels for other property if you didn’t got good room. staff were good and breakfast is limited option and they will get you from near by shop only as they don’t have own kitchen so better avoid advance payment of breakfast you can get food nearby only at good price.

We stayed in this place in oct 2024, and the place is very neatly maintained, and the rooms are spacious and big. the washroom is very clean. loved my stay here. this place is situated in a good locality, lots of eateries in the road. most importantly the staff here are very polite and cooperative.

I stayed in this hotel on jan 24, and my overall experience was nice. we had arrived late. there are a few things which i would like to mention. the hotel is at cross roads and there are nice options to have food, which was good. jayanagar 4 is just 2 km, so you can walk or take an auto. the rooms were nice, a bit spacious, neat and clean. the hotel reception is situated on the 2nd floor so you have to take a lift or stairs. the person at the reception was less friendly and too serious whenever we had a conversation on the first day. we are paying for our stay, not staying for free, so there needs to be some good ethics for talking he shouted to the 1.5-year-old kid when she was playing in the hotel area. we do understand the privacy of the other guests, but shouting at a kid is not making any sense. later, he started talking normally on the next day. guests will choose the same hotel if the staff behavior is a bit friendly or a smile, while you talk, will not cost you. apart from that, we liked the rooms and location of the hotel as we can easily take an auto or bus to go anywhere in the city.
