Service was very bad, not customer friendly service, very rude and unpleasant behavior, by staffs Not provided rooms and check- in timings as mentioned during advance booking. No toilet kit and towels provided. Toilet with cockroaches roming. Not worth for money paid.
Our check out was on 3rd July, 11 Am we were late by an hour - the staff made us pay 1k for that late check out which is completely unfair We would not have paid that but the staff started using abusive words when we requested them to consider it Room cleanliness is also not maintained
One of the most rudest check in person ever. Worst hotels i have been to. Had to go because family booked this hotel for marriage. Wouldnt even dare to check in this hotel again
