Tv was not working and not much tv channels options. food and beverage is not good.staff are not at all professional. they instruct the guest not use tea spoons, shortage of spoons and they are not able to wash the spoons and circulate again. in bathroom almost in all rooms washbasin are leakage is there. broken bucket is kept in the room. overall experience is very bad.

When i told a friend i was spending a night there, he suggested me to sleep in the car (perhaps he had read the reviews but not me). i enter the room and it reeked of cigarette. i switched on the ac and the smell reduced. now i wanted to a bath but the shower head was 20% functional, it must have been hanging there for at least ten years without cleaning if not more. the wash basin tap almost came out when i turned it. finally, when i went to bed, the pillows, bedsheet and quilt was full of sweat smell. enough i said and complained at the reception. they changed the room but only marginally better. less of sweat smell but bedsheet had stains. tap was miles away from the basin. next day, i went for the breakfast and the staff was following me like i was going to steal their cutlery. there was no live counter and plain dosa were kept on a plate, cold and insulted. never again at this hotel. i will heed to my friend's advice and sleep in the car if reviews are this bad for any hotels in future .

Absolute worst. had booked the hotel for my colleagues . they took payment for the entire duration during check in. room did not have a fan, ac was not working, they didn’t provide a single water bottle. when i called customer care to ask them to refund one days amount since we would be checking out because of the experience, their rudeness appalled me. they were not at all ready to talk in a polite way and connected me to another customer who was calling to complaint about a fab hotel in nagpur. i mean how does one hotel chain mess up so badly. please stay away from this place

Bathroom fittings were jammed and was not working properly. this hotel is near metro railway station. it’s in middle of it park. lots of good restaurants available nearby. hotel is decent & room was great. there were few cockroaches in the night time in bathroom and cupboards. definitely it was not quite there’s some work is happening always like breaking your room from the top kind of noises were coming occasionally thankfully not at time. you should pay full amount at checkin

I have checked in for a night. believe me, you can't stay more than a night in this hotel. no tea/coffee pouches were provided. water got finished in middle of my shower. again waited for around 30mins to resume my shower. ac cooling is not sufficient and there's no fan. it was a terrible stay. only bed was good and staff were good. that's why given 2 star. just keep it as last option for your stay.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
