I recently booked this place for 3 of my guests at what can only be described as a fake hotel, and i was thoroughly disappointed. from the moment we arrived, i encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. when i questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. the room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. it felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. i would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. save your money and avoid the hassle! i booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help.

Rooms were ok but the staffs outthere were very rude and trickesters. taking extra money by claiming stupid reasons. will never choose the hotel again and wont recommend others either. had the worst experience ever. took one day full charge from us instead of extra hour payment for an extra one hour which we had informed ealier.

Best hotel i ever came across. the hotel management peoples are best. coming to room it's very neat & clean. for any service the hotel people were responded on time. thanks to hotel management for taking care of my safety.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
