Worst experience. room not clean . staff behaviour is very bad. no proper management. bed sheet , pillow , walls all things are untidy and not clean . no food available

One of worst experience . 4 month back also i chose dab hotel for my corporate bill booing at goa in feb 24 but this time i advise you must have to think roger making your hotel partenr . worst room just like a bus staind lodge category , althing fab take care by giving some points but 1 hour stand foe check inn

Staff behaviour is very helpful. actual room conditions are different than shown in website. internet wi-fi signals are not coming to the room. otherwise it’s a good stay.

Encouraged by good reviews ,we booked this hotel online ,for our stay at bhopal from 18th march to 19th march 2024. however ,the experience was horrifying! first of all, on reaching at the property ...they outright refused to give accommodation saying that our reservation was not reflected in their system. when i showed them the advance payment receipt,they took another 20- 25 minutes and finally, hesitatingly,gave us a room . the hotel is actually on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a shopping plaza...we were quite confused from where to enter! the room i had booked was executive suite costing me rs. 3500/= + per day. however when we entered the suite(?), we were shocked as it was medium sized cramped up room with very old, broken furniture. even the ac was broken and kept in shape with adhesive tapes.there was no remote for ac ..on asking they came with a couple of remotes but none worked. .so we were forced to switch it off and use fans . toilet seat was completely broken and glided as we tried to seat ourselves. the washbasin tap was freely rotating and tilting ! when we asked for breakfast ( which was supposed to be free as per the offer) we were surprised to learn that there was no kitchen or restaurant of their own. ordered food was procured from nearby food joints ( basically street shops)!! in addition, complimentary water was restricted to just one bottle! housekeeping and maintenance- zero! so, it is my appeal to you all to refrain from this property to your level best....if still you wish to continue. ..may god be merciful!!

Property is in worst condition, cleanliness is very poor, all fittings are not working or in very bad conditions. stinky smell in room all the time. staff is cooperative but they are helpless because the don't have solutions. will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Dirty room and blanket too, not availablity of hot water. location was not good, at night you feel unsafe there. even fan was not working. not availablity of telephone to communicate with reception. price was too high according to room condition. no ventilation, you feel suffocation. not recommended to anyone. if someone will book room in this hotel please first check room then pay the amount.
