The hotel staff behaves unscrupulously regarding room charges; they mislead customers and act dishonestly. The air conditioners in most of their rooms are faulty, yet they still act aggressively about the rent at the time of check-out.

At reception one guy out of two very roud n misbehaving , and unprofessional tone rooms are very small n dirty and taken extra rs 600/- for bcs online booking and only suitable for used only for few hrs.
