I booked at Hotel Bentree on 3rd Dec. He denied for check in, with reason that property is fully occupied, when your executive was in conference, and your executive was helpless. Then my booking was shifted to a very bad property. I assure you this was my last booking with your platform.
Very poor service and hotel staff is very rude..hotel staff was saying that they are to service for guests who booked offline.. Even intercom wasnog working if you are needed even a water bottle you have to take yourself from reception.
