Receptionist ask me extra money without any reason
“Staff was rude and unhelpful. They delayed providing water and blanket, and room service was very ignorant.”
It was a very bad experience. Very dirty rooms and bathrooms. The shower in the bathroom toilet was also broken. We had to use mugs and buckets.
