FabHotel Prime Oasis Blue

The most most most most hopeless place that i have ever seen and lived in!!! the rooms were extreme dirty with dirty floor and hairs everywhere in the room! the bed sheet pull over and pillow covers were damn dirty, and even after asked for changing, they were dirty too! toilet seats were broken and the pot was dirty while checking in! even after asking them to clean it wasn’t ! the staff is totally unprofessional and under guided, doesn’t even have general manners to how to talk to the customers!! the toilet was smelling of urine and because of that the whole room was! usually guests get 1-2 complimentary water bottles but they have given ro water ! fine! but ro water was served in “used plastic bottles of kinley and rail neer” which was hopeless ! if the tariffs are low doesn’t mean that they will create such humiliation to the customers! and let me clear here “the tariff was not at all low” for us ! so guys please don’t prefer staying this hotel as it will upset u totally and spoil your trip ! hopeless!!!!!!!!!!

I somehow missed checking google reviews and trusted agoda ratings for this hotel. they lived up to their poor ratings. at first they denied checking-in on the already booked tarrif stating the tarrif is too low for their worst class hotel. kept me waiting for 1 hour and multiple to and fro calls with fab hotels representatives. then plus one to already called out pan-masala lover, non-professional staff reviews. this is the first time i booked fab hotels and probably the last time as well. fab hotel is new oyo. after so many problematic reviews they are not able to improve quality of service. their representative abbas was repeating bookish definition and was teaching me professionalism. they themselves were not able to resolve the conflicts. had to pay 2500 for the same room available at 1400 online. doom to failed. goodbye fab hotels.

It’s mandatory to give 1 star so that’s why i gave them this. otherwise they deserve the negative review for every thing. i came early as my flight was early in the morning and i requested them to give me the room they charged 500 for early check in. i gave them. and then the trauma begins. they gave me the keys and when i went to the room it’s in the most pathetic condition.. i feel honoured that the manager itself came with me to the other room and the scene in the other one was even more pathetic.. so he rushed to bring the another room key and he went in the room first brought a dead mouse like playing football with the dead mouse. i rushed to checkout and my booking policy won’t allow any refund so i requested to atleast give me the breakfast and the golden answer they gave me “sorry sir” bad bad bad bad bad lots and lots of bad experience.

The experience proved to be a cheat .. they promised king bed but found a small lousy bed ! bath room lights not working. they also promised an extra bed while booking - upon checkin they said they can only provide a mattress on the floor ! and worst when we tried to checkout earlier they did lots of drama and the fab call center agent was very arrogant and not supportive at all.. if possible stay away from fab hotel like this

This hotel stay was really a pathetic experience for and my family. i was allocated 106 room and i will tell you the problems now 1. water leakage from a/c (video available): there was a water leakage from ac which completely wet my laptop bag causing my laptop not functioning, when i told this on reception and manager they were like this can not happen at all. but i have taken the video and you can see in that. 2. faulty shower and flush. ther shower and flush was not woking. shower was such a disaster that all water was leaking towords the top wall like hell. 3. room and blankets was not clean. 4. service was not professional all the workers were eating tobacco and vimal smelling really bad.

Staff very helpful. room and beds was very comfortable . breakfast was very good.
