At a amazing location. do consider this as hotel as they are pretty cheap and affordable for a solo travellers. and there is an amazing poha place next to it do check it out

Toilet was not cleaned properly.
early check in was hassel inspite of intimating earlier ,hotel charged more amount than promised by fab ...
bed sheet etc was also not cleaned , room service is poor hotel even did not provide you ro water bottel if u will not insist.

It was my son's first birthday party where they spoiled the party by serving stale food, tasteless food, rooms were ok ok only, not 3 star type....service of the staff was pathetic, not at all supportive in anything, especially the manager mr. baljeet and mr. jagdeesh mandal doesn't have manners to respond to the client/customer properly...they have zero maturity handling...the location is near the prabhat petrol pump but they do not have their own parking space...mr. omkar is a nice person who handled before and at the time of booking, but when the handover was taken by the other persons of the hotel including their waiters as well, they were so immature and misbehaved too...such a childish act seen along with lots of wrong commitments..if anybody is reading from hotel silver inn, you must apologise to us whatever you guys did with us, it was a shameful feeling for us infront of our guest specially after the party where some of our relatives and nearest ones also confirms about the quality of the food....still you guys have time..kindly improve your services and handling too... thank you and this is a very genuine feedback from my side.

1 star is because of the mindset of the staff working at the restaurant.they just try to loot as much money from the pockets of the customers without making them aware of actual expense. do check each item and totalling of the bills carefully. you will definitely find some observations not as per your liking.

Feedback:
1. rainwater leaks into room 301 on the 3rd floor during rains.
2. significant presence of cockroaches inside the room.
3. issues with lighting affecting room comfort.
bad points:
1. poor waterproofing causes rainwater ingress.
2. hygiene compromised due to cockroach infestation.
3. maintenance problems with room lighting.
addressing these issues promptly will enhance the overall my experience at hotel silver inn bhopal.

Disappointed at fabhotel, i contacted with a regular employee of fabhotel mr. jatin verma and we got our bookings done, we had 900 rs for refund because we didn't eat breakfast there. he claimed that he'll give us money later as we had booked online.
the hotel booking i'd mentioned in the bill is incorrect as per you guys only and i don't have a booking i'd so fab is claiming we don't have much to do.
and you cannot even contact fab guys over issues over existing booking. what sort of behaviour is this?
