4 Very GoodThe deluxe room was quite comfortable for a two nights' stay of four people. the location was pretty convenient. the room was clean. service wasn't impressive but fairly satisfactory. food, such as beverages of tea and coffee, were often served cold. many items from the menu were not available as well. the staff behaviour was good. all in all, a pleasant stay.Reetoja Khan, 12 Jul

2 AverageNot recommended for families, more than a day's stay for business. overall it was an unpleasant service experience. room size and the location are pretty good but the service of the hotel is way below par. i had to change rooms thrice. no hot water, one room service or cleaning will need 5 calls. there was a lot of ruckus on 2nd night where there was literally a fight going on in the corridor for an hour. the reason was that the hotel also owns a dance bar right opposite the guest room corridor. if you are not into these sort of things, then avoid this property.Anup Ganguly, 13 Sep
