Room is very dirty
The rooms need to be cleaned. Lobby area is dirty with cigarette butt's. Heater is not functioning. There was a difference in amount. Actual amount was something. I paid extra.

People are cheating the customers like anything... Pls don't book any rooms through FabHotels. When I booked the room they have asked me one rate after paying advance during check in reception person asking different cost..this is horrible...Also AC not working...TV not working...Rooms are not clean...
