3 GoodInitially we were asked to go to a different property because the room category that we booked was occupied (despite paying the amount in advance). when we denied the other property then they gave us a inferior room in same property and next day they gave us a different room. the room has electricity problem and it took around 45 mins to fix that. the room was better than previous one. the staff was helpful though but not much services in the hotel. overall, i would not want to stay again as i did not give a pleasant feeling. i would prefer somewhat better property.Vinay Khurana, 8 Oct

5 FabulousExcellent budget property- very good service. well located and very central. rooms done very functional manner. some small niggles like exposed wires and door handles. the way the room is cleaned and the waiters react is 5 star quality service. it is the quality of service that differentiate- i will even find some physical defect in the raffles singapore or the taj lands end.Sushill, 18 Sep

1 AverageWorst hotel. not worth it. morning breakfast included for my trip. i came to reception and asked the guy who is sleeping at 10 am. he said woke and see my face like that so much cheap . rooms also not clean. outside dormitories is best. don't get cheated with photos in google.Kollati Ramu, 31 Aug

3 GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 14 Apr
