Room was excellent... but i guess everywhere hotel i stayed for past 20 years had room service... here no culture of room service at all. when we entered no one was there to help us with luggage. the incharge gave us the key and told ur room is in second floor. we went to second floor and was searching for our room. nobody to guide us where the room is... is it the real situation of this place? or was there any issue?

This was the worst experience i had in my whole life in a hotel stay. the staff on duty at the desk was one with the most negative vibe making one feel unwelcomed at the place there is nothing to rate here
