Do not be misguided by the name of the hotel. the room we were given had a strong damp smell in it. bed looked like it was made beautifully when we arrived but when we took off the cover we realised that there was a lot of dust and other particles under the sheet. the bed was made without dusting and cleaning the sheets. towels, toothbrush etc is not provided. however reception keeps a strict control on who enters and leaves the premises instead.

Last week unknowingly i booked room in this hotel. horrible hotel to stay. book this only as a last resort. not even complimentary water bottle was given, room full of cockroaches, nasty washrooms broken toilet seat, no intercom, no phone to contact reception also , even coffee/ tea not available , no room service, no parking space, cleaning staff not available, very rude reception staff, they act as if we are asking room for free. they charge 25 rs for local brand water bottle which they get for 5 rs. all good reviews given by their own people. dont book here

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
