Am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. the air conditioning was ineffective despite being set to 18°c. there was no bottled water, towels were missing on arrival, and the room had mosquitoes with an empty repellent. the bed linen was also in poor condition. we had to request basic essentials multiple times. the unresponsive service and lack of basic hospitality made the experience frustrating. for the price charged, the quality of service and facilities was unacceptable. i will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.

The rooms had an excellent fan and a/c unit. the bathrooms were very clean. reception was very nice and helped us with anything we needed, even giving us dining and transportation suggestions.
