Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The hotel is very nearby to famous candolim beach around 500-600 meters. the hotel is very well managed by the owners. very clean and calm environment maintained in the hotel. and of course the owners are of very good nature and behaviour. thank you so much for hosting us for 4 days and 3 nights. nice experience!!

I stayed there for one night and took an early morning flight back.the hotel was on a the main road and very easily accessible. the room was clean. the only challenge was the extremely moldy smell across the hallways. a value for money hotel for a short stop over
