I stayed here for 3 nights and had one of the best stays in Goa. Staff and owner have were the most helpful and welcoming. Location is in the centre of North Goa. Suitable for solo travellers as well.

The hotel stay was very comfortable, the staff and service is very friendly and sweet. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel also has a clean swimming pool. They also arranged rental car for us.
