Dirty, poor rooms, staff are so rude. no sense that how to talk with the customer. bad experience, never stay again in this hotel emoji. it's not fab hotel emoji stays, total farzi.

Specially the man at reception was very rude reflecting his haryanvi and treating like we are hell for the first it was uncomfortable and making insecure

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days as i had relocated to the city for work and was looking to get an accommodation. the room was super spacious and there was ample amount of light since the balcony was super big and there was an additional big window too. the views were very pretty and calming. the staff were super helpful, kind and welcoming. they were always ready to help and supported me through a time when i was stuck in a tough situation. i will always be grateful for their help! breakfast was included and they had good options to choose from along with tea which gets delivered to your room. the only downside is the cleanliness, the bedsheets and the comforter had stains on them and they use single mop for in-room and bathroom floor cleaning, hence i avoided getting housekeeping while i was there. the location is a bit inside, at the starting of jharsa village, nonetheless the property was safe and the neighbourhood was safe and had many shops nearby. the furnishings look modern but they weren't well maintained, as a result they were unusable like the cupboard door was stuck and the chair handles were flimsy. overall a good stay and worth the price.

Do not ever stay here. smelly rooms. dirty bedsheets. ac making noice like generator. room fridge is full of fungus. you have to go to recpection every time to ordersometing. they did not pick room phone call. they did not care about guests and service. in middle of the night some creepy people can knock you door. no privacy.

The staff were friendly and efficient, handling check-in and check-out smoothly. housekeeping did a good job each day, and any requests we had were promptly addressed

I had a great experience and the staff is very well mannered. rooms were very clean and modern. everything was perfect.❤️
