On 31st December, I booked my stay with 25% advance payment but hotel staff said they don't have any rooms. So, i called customer care for refund they raised ticket for refund but till now i didn't received any mail regarding my refund.

Had a very unpleasant stay here. As soon as we entered the bedsheet were dirty and had hair on it. Blanket were dirty, there was no water in washroom, drinking water was not provided.
